Data sovereignty means more than where you store data
Nearly all leaders agree data sovereignty is core to their strategy, but most haven't turned that into a formal plan yet. Many can't say for sure where their sensitive data lives, and even fewer can say who can access it or how it's managed.
That's the gap the organizations ahead of the curve are closing, not by locking every workload inside their own borders, but changing how they manage data.
