Building for the future — not release cycles
Key to solving long-term customer problems is FlashArray, Everpure's primary all-flash storage platform, built to handle the performance-intensive workloads enterprises run at their core. From the beginning, FlashArray was designed with a principle that still defines how Everpure builds products: longevity over replacement.
As an example, Everpure's first-generation FlashArray chassis was designed to outlive six generations of compute and storage and networking technology upgrades. When a customer bought one back in 2015, they weren't buying a box, they were buying a decade of infrastructure that could evolve in-place, applications running the entire time.
For PMs, that creates a specific kind of challenge to solve. It requires detailed planning. It also requires knowing, at the point of design, what the next five to eight years of technology may demand, and building in the flexibility to meet it. For candidates who want broad ownership, that matters.
